Fermentation with temperature control (22ºC – 25ºC) in small stainless tanks with robotic plunging.
Aged for 12 months in new french and american oak barrels with a further 12 months in bottle prior to market release.
Wine from “Canto do Zé Cruz” vineyard, one of the oldest vineyards in Herdade do Esporão. Produces grapes with intense colour and concentrated aromas. Early ripener with good yields producing wine with balanced alcohol and acidity and with excellent ageing potential.
