Assobio White 2017, produced from Verdelho, Gouveio, Viosinho, Rabigato and Códega do Larinho grapes, features a citric and tropical aroma. According to the Quinta dos Murças winemaker, José Luis Moreira da Silva, “the 2017 vintage offers a riper fruit aroma and more texture on the palate, resulting from an extremely hot and dry year, but maintaining the freshness that is typical of Assobio wines”.

Regarding Assobio Rose 2017, “the extremely hot and dry year intensified this wine’s fruitiness”. Produced using the Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Rufete and Tinto Cão varieties, this rose’s aromas are dominated by fresh red berries. Very fresh and delicate, with a balanced and persistent finish.

The Assobio range is part of the Quinta dos Murças wine portfolio, which is comprised of Minas, Reserva, Margem, VV47, Porto Tawny 10 years, Porto Vintage and organic extra virgin olive oil.
