According to the magazine’s editorial, it is a trip to “what Nature can teach us, to the memories of a wine from Lisbon or the traditional products of our gastronomy. From architecture, which needs time to fully understand how new materials work, to the urgency of keeping alive the knowledge and the know-how of our crafts. Also, the stories of those who can change their lives, those who illustrate labels, those who brew craft beer or design wines.”
