This wine comes from the Lima sub-region of Lima, the birthplace of the Loureiro grape. It seeks the most vibrant expression of the variety, showcasing its capacity to produce quality wines with excellent ageing potential. We produce approximately 51,000 bottles were produced.

The relatively rainy winter and spring posed demading challenges for our oenologists. The summer, though, was cooler than average and so the grapes ripeend slowly and in a well-balanced fashion. The harvest began on September 8th, one week earlier than usual.
PRODUCTION METHOD

SOIL GEOLOGY
Granitic origin.
Following manual harvesting, the whole grapes were pneumatically pressed. Cold decamted for 48 hours. Fermentation was temperature controlled temperature between 10 – 15ºC for 12 to 15 days in stainless steel vats.
Seven months on the lees in stainless steel tanks.
