At the International Wine Challenge, which is recognised as one of the most rigorous wine competitions in the world, wines are evaluated in blind tastings, according to vintage and region. Throughout the strict tasting processes, each award-winning wine is tasted on three different occasions by at least 10 judges. The wines that receive gold medals are tasted once again, progressing to a trophy round, in a new blind tasting.
